There are six project approval classifications; pre-construction approval, newly completed construction approval, 2-4 unit projects, apartment conversion approval, established project approval and recertification. Each classification has different requirements. Frankly, some of the new FHA requirements present challenges and may require some slight changes to your plans. We'll help you understand the challenges, your best options for moving forward, and then we'll produce and submit a custom application for you. We'll also serve as the point of contact to expedite your application through the review process.

The time frame for approval varies by government program from 20 days to 60 days from the time we submit your application.
